Due to the AWS Global outage this morning Blackboard, Ally, Panopto, VoiceThread and other digital learning platforms are experiencing latency. You may notice slowness or features such as Blackboard Annotate not loading properly.

OTS will post an update when we have more information available.

The vendor reports they are  continuing to see signs of recovery, but full restoration is still in progress . We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
