NetID & Duo
OTS is investigating reports of a service disruption with NetID Management and password resets. We will post an update when we have more information available.
The vendor has identified the cause of the issue and is continuing work towards a resolution.
OTS is currently investigating an issue where 504 Gateway timeouts are present when accessing apps that require Duo to authenticate. We will post an update when we have more information available.
NetID Management is having intermittent issues loading or displaying properly. These disruptions are not allowing for password resets or other account management. We will post an update when we have more information available.
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will perform
scheduled maintenance to improve the reliability and performance of NetID Management.
