The vendor is reporting an outage for multiple Microsoft 365 services. OTS is monitoring the vendor status reports and will update as information is received.

Due to the AWS Global outage this morning Blackboard, Ally, Panopto, VoiceThread and other digital learning platforms are experiencing latency. You may notice slowness or features such as Blackboard Annotate not loading properly.

OTS will post an update when we have more information available.

OTS is investigating reports of service disruption with Virtual Workspace and accessing the Student Desktop. We will post an update when we have more information available.
