OTS is currently investigating an issue where 504 Gateway timeouts are present when accessing apps that require Duo to authenticate. We will post an update when we have more information available.

OTS is seeing indications that Microsoft email services are becoming available again; however, Microsoft reports that the issue is not yet fully resolved. Their engineers are continuing recovery efforts and refining systems to restore full service.

OTS is actively monitoring the status and will share additional updates as they become available.

OTS is investigating reports of a service disruption with TU Online Forms.  Form Assembly webforms are causing errors, primarily with Salesforce-based Event Registrations. Engineers are working on the issue but currently there is no timeline for a resolution.  An update will be posted as information becomes available.

Due to the AWS Global outage this morning Blackboard, Ally, Panopto, VoiceThread and other digital learning platforms are experiencing latency. You may notice slowness or features such as Blackboard Annotate not loading properly.
