The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will perform system and infrastructure maintenance on the Non-Production Towson Online Services/PeopleSoft & HR Systems.

Scheduled Maintenance on Other is complete.

OTS has identified a service disruption with Power BI (https://bi.towson.edu) from off campus.  We will post an update when we have more information available.

Power BI is accessible when using computers on the TU network and Virtual Workspace. 

OTS has restored access to Power BI from off campus. We are still working to fully stabilize the service so there may be brief interuptions.

We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

OTS is investigating reports of a service disruption with Power BI. Users off campus are seeing a certificate error when attempting to reach BI.towson.edu. We will post an update when we have more information available.

Accessing the Student Payment Portal from the Student Dashboard in Towson Online Services/PeopleSoft is not working. OTS has contacted the vendor, and we are currently working to resolve the issue. An update will be posted service is restored.

The Student Payment Portal (TouchNet) remains unavailable. The Vendor is continuing to work on the issue, and we will update when we have more information.
